Lyndsay Hall – Development Coach
Lyndsay combines seven years of coaching experience in both the UK and Dubai with a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. She’s dedicated to creating a balanced training culture that supports mental well-being alongside technical growth.
Coaching Focus: Foundational skills, confidence building, and psychological preparation.
Qualifications: MSc Sport & Exercise Psychology, certified swim coach.
Coaching Style: Empathetic, encouraging, and focused on athlete self-belief.

Haydn brings over six years of coaching experience and a deep passion for helping swimmers reach their full potential. Having worked with athletes from learn-to-swim through to national level, he understands every stage of the swimmer’s journey — from building foundations to refining performance.
His own background as a former competitive swimmer gives him both the technical understanding and mental resilience needed to guide athletes with empathy and precision.

A former Latvian National Team swimmer, Valentins brings over a decade of coaching experience, including as a Head Coach in the UK. His philosophy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and the value of hard work in achieving excellence.

Qualifications: Certified international swim coach, extensive UK and European club experience.
